Christina Williamson has lived in Morrisville, Vermont since the spring of 2005, where she runs her training facility DogTown Obedience, and acts as the Behavior Consultant and Trainer for the North Country Animal League. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and is a certified Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator.
A Biology graduate from Middlebury College and the Center for Northern Studies, she applied her knowledge in behavioral sciences to work for 12 years with Wolf Hollow, a non-profit captive wolf facility located in Massachusetts. As the Education Director and Biologist, she developed education programs, taught wolf behavior seminars and helped raise and care for the resident wolves at the facility.
Christina has also been a dog trainer for
over 14 years. She has been on the Board of Directors for Old Colony
Obedience Club, and has worked for Canine Consulting in Rowley, MA, teaching a
variety of classes from puppy kindergarten to competition obedience.
She spends her time training and competing in obedience with her
Rhodesian Ridgebacks, who have represented some of the top hounds
in the US and Canada. Christina has recently added a rescued Doberman Pinscher, who is shaping up to be a strong future obedience and agility competitor. Christina shares her home with her husband,
Stew, her son, Sam, her three dogs, Nia, Gus and Gracie, and two cats, Bo-Do
and Play-Do.

Randi Barrett has been training and teaching Dog Agility for the past 12 years. She enjoys teaching all types of dogs, and especially likes to teach the dogs to work at a distance. Positive reinforcement, praise and play are the key concepts to help handlers build “the bond” with emphasis on foundation skills. Randi was lucky to have Hazel-Nut as her first agility dog, and together they competed in many venues achieving the highest titles in USDAA and NADAC. Hazel-Nut was the first Labrador Retriever in the country to achieve the Silver Tournament Master. |
