FOCUS
CLASS:
This 6-week course is for any dog who may be reactive
or highly distracted in the presence of other dogs or people.
Does your dog run off the agility course to greet another dog,
does your dog become wide-eyed and anxious when he enters a
new place, or does your dog simply shut down when he is under
increased stress? This course will work on developing communication
skills between you and your dog, so that he can be relaxed and
focused in distracting environments. This class will be individually
tailored to the participants in the class. This course is not
designed to teach any specific obedience skills, but instead
to work on the relationship between the handler and the dog.
Dogs and owners must have completed a basic obedience class
or have permission from the instructor to participate.
